Researchers blame “corona debris”, including disposable face masks and latex gloves, for a recent increase in wildlife deaths.
Researchers in the Netherlands say wildlife around the world is being wrapped up in discarded face masks and other safety equipment.
“Researchers note incidents involving foxes in the United Kingdom and birds in Canada, all of which are wrapped in discarded face masks,” according to studyfinds.org. “Hedgehogs, gulls, crabs and even bats all encounter disposable plastic in the environment.”
“In some cases, study authors say animals eat this waste.” Informed readers will see the irony in the fact that the people who push mandates for face masks also claim to be preoccupied with “global warming” and the environment in general.
Of course, irony is expected when it comes to political affiliations that are only deep in the ankle because the people who support them typically just parrot mainstream news instead of having deep political and philosophical discussions among themselves. And it is also expected because unintended consequences are never a consideration when decisions are based on fear rather than logic.
