March 5 – ALBUQUERQUE, NM – State police say a mother and two daughters are safe after Amber Alert was released for three of them on Friday, according to a statement from the state police on Twitter.
The announcement states that Gyillcinda Holyan (22) and her daughters Isabelle Salas (3) and Anaya Holyan (2) were “found and safe”.
State police initially said the mother and daughter were probably abducted by Ceasar Salas, 20, and that they may have headed to Pecos, TX or Mexico.
The Carlsbad Police Department said 911 were called by Gyillcinda Holyan who said she was in Carlsbad and needed help, according to a CPD post on Facebook.
The announcement states that the police officers attached the 800th block of the Presidio with their mobile phones, and further information led the police to believe that Caesar Salas had taken them.
